Mental Stressed


Stress is a mental state in which a person is afraid of losing something or having to deal with something difficult. A stressed individual experiences exhaustion, sadness, fear, discomfort, and a variety of other negative emotions.

Sudden changes in your moods, behavior, and Mood swings, depression, out-of-the-blue aggression, or impatience when engaging with people are all signs of mental stress.

Poor people with financial concerns are more likely to have mental health problems. The wide-ranging aspects (including inequalities) of the social, economic, Discrimination within siblings, and physical environment in which people are living have an impact on their mental health.

We'll talk about what physical stress is and why it's more likely to occur when you engage in physical activities. It's possible that you'll have discomfort and cramps all over your body as a result of it. Fever can strike at any time. Emotional stress is defined as the inability to control one's own emotions. Mental stress is a type of stress that is brought on by both physical and emotional stress.

Mental tension, I believe, occurs when you do not adhere to your daily routine in a consistent manner. If you have a heavy workload and are dissatisfied with your work, or if you are forced to work and are uninterested in your work, tension will arise.



Sometimes I've got into so much stressed, and I wanted to talk but end up not talking to anyone. Because no one take you serious, or listen to you. 2021 is the worst year for my mental health. It's very difficult for me to describe what I'm gone through this year. Because of anxiety, career pressure, family financial issues, fear to get married to a Wrong Person in future. My mind full of negative thoughts, fear of Losing the loved ones, trouble sleeping because of sleep paralysis, severe pain in my head skull.

In Pakistan it's bad to visit physiologist. Our parents never allowed us to go to physiologist because of many reasons. If someone who is facing mental stress, it doesn't mean that he or she is mentally ill or need a psychiatrist, I think it's the cause of our society, that portray negative prospective and set the minds of the people that mental stressed people are mentally ill and our society is way to judgmental.

mental stress, on the other hand, can lead to a variety of major health issues, including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. However, it can be healed with the support of those in your life, such as family members, friends, a good teacher, or salah. Now I feel better because of Namaz.

Yes, Namaz has been quite helpful in getting me out of this circumstance. Namaz brings you peace of mind and heart, as well as contentment and tranquility. You have a bright, energizing feeling. Because Allah has something greater in mind for you, and you must pray for it. And you must seek Allah's assistance, and he will listen to you. You will be OK if you simply believe in Allah.


Also the people around you, can help you. Mentally stressed people, they simply needs time, support, and attention to overcome. People of all ages are experiencing mental stress these days as a result of financial troubles, family issues, exam stress, relationship issues, ego issues, and appearance stress, among other challenges.

If the people around you, cheer you up and make you feel you happy and special. And motivated you that you can achieve what you wanted to. Don't use hard or harsh words to them if they act like they don't want to talk, act silly or angry on little things just give them a chance to overcome from their stress?

What I'm trying to say is that one small act of kindness may be help someone to get out of the problems for a while and they forget all their problems they are facing in their life because everyone's life is not very easy.


At the end our society need to change their perception of thinking and stop judging people it's a serious issue and its need concern because not only the young generation but every age group is the victim of this problem.

Do if you yourself is the victim of mental stress or witness any person around you facing this please help them. May be that person will overcome this with your help and spend happy life in future.
